Dr Manisha Chakrabarti

With 23+ years of experience as a paediatric cardiologist, Dr Manisha Chakrabarti's arrival marks a significant milestone in strengthening our Department of Paediatric Cardiology.

She received her post doctoral fellowship in pediatric cardiology from National Board of Examinations, Delhi. She has done training from Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto for special training in 3D echocardiography, Fetal echocardiography and advanced techniques of cardiac catheter- interventions. She has been into the field of cardiology since year 2000.

Her areas of expertise include 2D echo and fetal echocardiography and counselling for heart defects. She is an experienced interventional cardiologist, performs neonatal and paediatric cardiac catheter interventions and complex angiographies.

She also regularly visits in peripheral outreach programmes and help Socioeconomally Challenged children to undergo Surgeries / interventions through NGOS.

She has a lot of national and international publications in her credit.

She is also actively involved in academic activities like arranging webinars for students and has been a teacher to National Board of Examinations, she is also a reviewer of journals.
